Our Story

We created EmployHQ to address a continued demand for quality hiring solutions and to offer a more personal candidate experience.  I spent more than 20 years in the staffing industry connecting, building relationships, and helping create opportunities for job seekers and customers to be successful.    

I remember the days of meeting all candidates and having the opportunity to connect and hear what was important to them.  We formed relationships and we earned trust.  We are going to bring back the personal experience for job seekers.  This will allow us to better match candidate and customer needs.  If our candidates are prepared, confident, and committed to finding the right career, this will translate into better experiences for the client companies we support.
